Introducing the GW Instek GBM-3100H Battery Meter – the latest addition to the renowned GBM-3000 series, now with the ability to measure up to 1000V DC. Perfect for EV and PHEV battery packs, this advanced model offers precision with 0.01% accuracy for voltage and 0.5% for internal resistance, ensuring reliability in every measurement.

The GBM-3000 series stands out with its clear 3.5-inch TFT color display, user-friendly design, and a robust 4-wire measurement method for high-accuracy readings. Models in this series accommodate a range of voltage needs—1000V (GBM-3100H), 300V (GBM-3300), and 80V (GBM-3080)—making it versatile for testing single cells, battery modules, and full battery packs. Its high-resolution display (6 digits for voltage and 5 digits for resistance) provides independent GO/NOGO alerts for voltage and resistance, empowering users to achieve precision at every stage of production.

When it comes to performance, the GBM-3000 series excels in measuring open circuit voltage and internal resistance with unmatched accuracy and resolution. Voltage measurements reach ±0.01% accuracy with resolutions down to 10μV (at 8V), while resistance accuracy is ±0.5% with a fine resolution of 0.1μΩ (at 3mΩ)—ideal for sorting cells to ensure balanced output in series and parallel connections. For easy interpretation, the series features HI/LO indicators and a large numerical display mode, making results easy to read and enhancing efficiency on the production line.

Designed for convenience and effectiveness, the GBM-3000 series includes features like test lead (probe) contact status detection, ensuring valid measurements every time. For data storage, it offers two options: "general storage" for basic measurements and "statistical storage" for detailed analysis (including parameters like Cp, Ckp, Mean, MAX, and MIN). Users can save up to 10,000 data points internally and transfer them to a computer via USB, allowing flexible data management without constant computer connection.
